A: If it is available, we can send out within one day upon receipt of your payment. For non-standard customized sample, it takes 2-3 weeks to finish.
Q: Is the sample free of charge?
A: Common samples are free of charge, but you are requested to pay for the courier cost. For non-standard customized samples which require new mould-opening, both sampling fees and courier cost will be on your side.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: Generally it is 20-30 days, but it also depends on actual order quantity.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit in advance, and balance to be effected before shipment. If total amount is less than USD1000, we require to have 100% advanced payment in order to reduce bank charges.
